Mrs. Tham (Arya) is the managing partner of TTVN Legal. She has more than 10 years of experience in advising foreign Clients do the businesses and investment in Vietnam. She used to work as of counsel at Enterline & Partners, a consulting firm established and managed by U.S lawyers, which regularly supports the foreign business community to move their businesses and families to the United States. She has also worked as a director at VP Securities Joint Stock Company, which provides excellent financial solutions to help Clients increase their assets.

Mrs. Tham directly and successfully supported many foreign businesses and foreign investors to invest and operate effectively, ensuring compliance with local legal regulations.

She has contributed the articles in international lawyers’ forums on cross-border investment activities, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures.
