Step 1: Submit online on the website
- Log in and declare accurate information according to the instructions at Link:http://120.72.100.66/BaoCaoGiamSat/ or scan the following QR code:
- Attach the scanned file of Investment monitoring and evaluation reports (form 13, form 17) according to the correct reporting period (first 6 months, whole year) to the system.
- Complete/Save
Step 2: Submit directly to the Department of Planning and Investment
- Submit the Investment Mornitoring and Evaluation Reports (form No. 13, Form No. 17) directly to the Document Receiving Office – Department of Planning and Investment at No. 32, Le Thanh Ton Street, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City.
- Officer will review and compare the online declaration content and the information declared in the Investment Mornitoring and Evaluation Reports (Form No. 13, Form No. 17) according to Circular No. 05/2023/TT -BKHDT dated June 30, 2023 of the Ministry of Planning and Investment.
- In case of sufficient information, the officer will issue a receipt to the Investor/Economic Organization implementing the project.
- In case of insufficient or inaccurate information, the officer will guide the Investor/Economic Organization implementing the project to declare online and resubmit the Report.
