Attending the ‘Improving the Ability to Penetrate the EU Market’ Event

On the morning of August 26, 2022, the Managing Partner of TTVN Legal, Ms. Tham Tran (Arya) attended the seminar ‘Improving the Ability to Penetrate the EU Market’ organized by the Investment and Trade Promotion Center of Ho Chi Minh City (ITPC) and the Vietnamese Entrepreneurs Association in France (ABVietFrance), the event was held at Aristo Hotel, 3A Vo Van Tan, Ward 6, District 3, Ho Chi Minh City.

One of the topics discussed at the seminar was issues that businesses need to pay attention to in building and protecting trademarks before entering foreign markets. Accordingly, creating a premise for sustainable development in the creation and implementation of necessary procedures for copyright registration and trademark protection according to the standards of domestic law should be paid attention by enterprises soon.
