On October 10, 1945, President Ho Chi Minh present to Provisional Government of the Democratic Republic of Vietnam, issued Decree No. 46/SL on lawyer organization. With a significant journey of development, the legal profession is well performing its mission, have effectively contributed to protecting the legitimate rights and interests of citizens, the State and socio-economic organizations, aiding in building democratic governance to serve the people. Consequently, on January 14, 2013, the Prime Minister issued Decision No. 149/QD-TTg to mark October 10 as the traditional day for Vietnamese lawyers, this is considered is an important milestone marking the maturity of the lawyers and the legal profession in Vietnam.
At 76th anniversary of the Vietnamese lawyer’s day (October 10, 1945 – October 10, 2021), on behalf of TTVN Legal, we cordially wish our fellow lawyers good health, dedication to the profession to the development of country’s judiciary.
