1. General situation of business registration

In October 2022:

• The number of newly registered enterprises was 4,049, an increase of 59.03% over the same period in 2021 with a registered capital of VND 30,464 billion, an increase of 7.99% over the same period in 2021.
• The number of enterprises registered to return to operation is 760 enterprises.
• The number of enterprises registered to suspend business is 1,189 enterprises.
• The number of dissolved enterprises is 380 enterprises.
